Ava K. Doppelt has practiced intellectual property litigation, protection and enforcement for almost 30 years. She has been the chair of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Business Law Section of The Florida Bar, and served on the Bar's inaugural Intellectual Property Law Certification Committee. A 1976 graduate of NYU Law School, and a 1972 graduate of Northwestern University, she is admitted to the New York (1977) and Florida (1984) Bars, and numerous federal courts. She has also served in leadership positions in the legal community and is a respected author and lecturer on trademark and copyright law. She is a Florida Trend Legal Elite honoree for the past five years.
