Barry M. Wayne is Board Certified in Marital and Family Law. He received his B.A. with honors in 1983 from Rutgers College, Rutgers University, with a major in Economics and concentration in Accounting. He received his J.D. from the University of Florida in 1986, where he was a member of the Justice Campbell Thornal National Moot Court Board. He has served on the Advisory Board of Keiser College in Miami-Dade County. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1986 and the Federal Bar for the Southern District of Florida in 1987. He is a member of the Miami-Dade County Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and the American Bar Association. Mr. Wayne has been named in South Florida Legal Guide's Top Lawyers each year since 2005.
