Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Civil Trial Law, he is admitted to practice before all of the federal Florida District Courts, Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He handles and tries cases throughout the state with an emphasis on the defense of complex cases, medical malpractice matters, product liability, and personal injury cases. He also handled life insurance contract claims as well as securities litigation. He was, at the age of 19, elected as a member of the Indian Harbor Beach City Council in Brevard County. He still holds the record as the youngest council member in the city's history.
