Brian Duffy, the managing partner of his firm's civil litigation group, is a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer.  His practice emphasis is employment litigation defense including discrimination, harassment and FLSA.  Brian also maintains a substantial practice defending businesses in catastrophic injury cases including dram shop and products liability.  He has written and lectured for the state bar association on experts and evidence issues.  He is a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel, the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel and Litigation Counsel of America.  Brian has been recognized as a Florida Super Lawyer for his work in both Civil Litigation: Defense and Employment Litigation: Defense.
