Mr. Ramsey earned a bachelor's degree from Florida State University where he graduated summa cum laude. In 1981, he earned a Juris Doctorate, with honors, from the University of Florida College of Law where he was a member of the Board of Editors of the Law Review. Upon entering practice, he rapidly achieved an AV-rating from Martindale-Hubbell and subsequent peer election into the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
