Chad Bowen represents debtors, creditors, creditors’ committees, trustees, buyers and sellers in complex corporate bankruptcy transactions, corporate restructurings, out-of-court work-outs, and a variety of similar transactions.  Mr. Bowen has used his creativity and negotiating skills to attain positive outcomes for Chapter 11 debtors, borrowers in non-bankruptcy workouts, and parties to large real estate and corporate transactions in complicated bankruptcy cases. Mr. Bowen is a founding member of Jennis & Bowen, P.L., is Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification, is a recipient of a peer review rating of AV® Preeminent™ from Martindale-Hubbell, and is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and several other professional organizations.   Chad received his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Florida, and his law degree from the University Of Florida College Of Law, both with honors.
