Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Wintter was a CPA in the Washington, D.C. tax department of Arthur Andersen & Company, the second largest accounting firm in the world at that time. Mr. Wintter earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law (1987) and earned his B.S. in accounting with high honors from the University of Florida (1982).
