Christopher Q. Wintter is a seasoned trial lawyer, Board Certified in Wills, Trusts, and Estates, and limits his practice to trust and estate litigation and administration. In fact, his entire firm limits its practice to probate, trust, and guardianship matters. Mr. Wintter is an active member of the Probate and Trust Litigation Committee of The Florida Bar and is an instructor and faculty member for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA). Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Wintter was a CPA in the Washington, D.C. tax department of Arthur Andersen & Company, the second largest accounting firm in the world at that time. Mr. Wintter earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law (1987) and earned his B.S. in accounting with high honors from the University of Florida (1982).
