Miami criminal defense attorney Clayton R. Kaeiser has dedicated his career to the pursuit of justice and the protection of his clients' rights. Since 1982, first as a public defender and later as a private practice defense attorney, Mr. Kaeiser has represented clients facing criminal charges of every type, from DWI and assault to death penalty offenses and white collar crimes such as fraud. Mr. Kaeiser has also had extensive experience and success with criminal appeals and motions for post-conviction relief. While the majority of this practice is based in South Florida, Mr. Kaeiser has argued and won cases in state and federal courts nationwide, including the United States Supreme Court.
