Attorney Clifford C. Higby, a Panama City native, received his law degree from the University of Florida Law School. Mr. Higby worked for a firm in Jacksonville for three years prior to returning to Panama City where he has been a partner with Bryant & Higby, Chartered, since 1991. He is admitted to the Florida Bar, and admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida, the 11th Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

Now in his 23rd year of practice, Mr. Higby focuses exclusively on civil trial practice in trial and appellate courts. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, medical negligence, commercial litigation, construction litigation, civil rights and municipal liability. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell* and has handled cases throughout the states of Florida, Georgia and Alabama.

Mr. Higby serves as chairman of the Executive Council for the Trial Lawyer Section of the Florida Bar, having been a member since 2001. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and is a Florida Supreme Court Justice teaching volunteer.
