Daniel R. Aaronson has been a partner in the Fort Lauderdale based law firm of Benjamin & Aaronson, P.A. since 1984. Mr. Aaronson concentrates his areas of practice on criminal defense and First Amendment rights and freedoms. He has successfully represented clients charged with virtually all types of criminal offenses, including first degree murder, and has won two first degree murder acquittals. On the First Amendment front, Mr. Aaronson has won a number of lawsuits against various cities and counties, thereby protecting people's First Amendment rights. He currently is on the Board of Directors of the First Amendment Lawyers Association and is a member of the Broward Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
