David C. Murray represents insureds in insurance disputes throughout the State of Florida. His representation involves a wide spectrum of contractual and extra-contractual matters including property losses, casualty claims, fire and theft losses, construction defect allegations, complex insurance coverage matters, bad faith and unfair claims handling, appraisals, and other first-party insurance issues. He earned a law degree from Stetson University College of Law and a Master's of Business Administration from Stetson University School of Business Administration.
