Mr. Gurley received his law degree from Florida State University College of Law and is certified in construction law by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. He is admitted to practice within the state of Florida, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st and 11th Circuits.
