Mr. Vedder has been certified by the Florida Bar as an expert in immigration and nationality law, a distinction that as of June 1, 2008, only 50 attorneys in the entire state of Florida could legitimately claim.
Over the course of his more than 30-year career, Mr. Vedder has successfully handled all types of immigration matters, including family reunification issues, adjustments of status, employment-based immigration needs, foreign investor issues, consular visa processing at United States embassies around the globe, naturalization and citizenship issues, deportation hearings, employer sanctions, asylum petitions, administrative appeals and immigration-related litigation in federal courts.
