Attorney David J. Glatthorn earned his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of South Florida in 1977 and graduated with honors from Florida State University School of Law in 1980.
David is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the Florida Academy of Trial Lawyers, Palm Beach Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. In 1998, he was recognized in the publication Leading Florida Lawyers for his achievements in the field of personal injury and on behalf of clients seriously or fatally injured as the result of car accidents, truck accidents, medical malpractice, property owner negligence or other causes.
Mr. Glatthorn has been a board-certified specialist in civil trial law since 1989, a distinction which requires attorneys to meet rigorous certification standards established by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education and one that has been achieved by only four percent of the bar’s membership statewide.
For three years, David J. Glatthorn not only sat on a grievance committee whose sole objective was to protect the public from unethical lawyers, but was also a past chair of the 15th Circuit Grievance Committee in Palm Beach.
Active in the community, Mr. Glatthorn is a member of the Board of Advisors to the Palm Beach Salvation Army. Additionally, he served as distinguished past president of the Flagler Sunrise Kiwanis, a social community organization that exists to help young children.
