David J. Linesch is a distinguished labor and employment law attorney serving clients throughout Florida. In practice since 1982, he has extensive trial experience and is one of only a few lawyers who have regularly represented both employers and employees in labor law disputes.
Rating AV-Preeminent*, Mr. Linesch is the founder and managing partner of The Linesch Firm in Palm Harbor, Florida. His firm has handled hundreds of cases involving workplace retaliation, non-compete agreements, unpaid wages, unpaid overtime, whistleblower actions, wrongful discharge, sexual harassment, Family Leave and Medical Act, workers’ compensation, discrimination and more.
Mr. Linesch earned his J.D. from Ohio State University, Michael E. Moritz College of Law. He is board-certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Florida Bar Association. He is also certified as a mediator by the Florida Supreme Court.
Additionally, Mr. Linesch is the recipient of several awards for his pro bono and civic work. The Tampa Bay Business Journal has annually selected Mr. Linesch as one of “Tampa’s Best Lawyers,” and Corporate Counsel’s Guide to the Best Lawyer in America has continually named Mr. Linesch in its yearly “Guide to Labor & Employment Law.”
