David M. Rieth practices exclusively in the areas of complex estate planning, estate and gift tax minimization planning, asset protection, and estate and trust administration, including the preparation of Form 706. Mr. Rieth is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts, and Estates. Mr. Rieth is a graduate of Northwestern University (B.A. in Economics), the University of Chicago Law School (J.D.), Columbia University Graduate School of Business (M.B.A. in Finance) and New York University Law School (LL.M. in Taxation).  He is on the Visiting Committee of the University of Chicago Law School, a Trustee of the Hillsborough County Bar Foundation and on the Professional Advisory Committee of the Tampa Bay Community Foundation.
