Denise L. Jensen is a Florida Bar Board Certified Marital and Family Law attorney at Gladstone & Weissman in Ft. Lauderdale. Since the beginning of her career, Ms. Jensen has limited her practice to complex matrimonial and family law cases, including dissolution of marriage, separation, equitable distribution, alimony and spousal support, parenting issues and timesharing, paternity, and complex financial matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Jensen, worked in several Fort Lauderdale area marital and family law practices as an associate attorney, legal intern, law clerk and summer associate. She joined the Gladstone & Weissman in 2007 to expand her experience and work toward receiving Board Certification from the Florida Bar.
Ms. Jensen is the Chair of the Family Law Section of the Broward County Bar Association. In June 2010, she received the Practice Section Chair Award in recognition of her outstanding leadership and guidance for the year 2009/2010. Ms. Jensen is also active in the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar.
Ms. Jensen earned her J.D. (magna cum laude) and her Bachelors in Science from Nova Southeastern University.
Ms. Jensen is on the Board of Directors of Abi's Place - A Special School for Special Children, a non-profit school for children with moderate to severe developmental disabilities. She is also a chairperson on the Charity Committee at the Lauderdale Small Boat Club.
