While there, he oversaw the company's global mergers and acquisitions program. IMRglobal was acquired in July 2001 by Montreal-based CGI Group, Inc. and Dilip served as US General Counsel for the combined entity. Prior to IMRglobal, Dilip was an attorney with the Fowler, White law firm in Tampa where he focused on international business transactions and immigration. Dilip holds law degrees from the University of London's London School of Economics and Political Science and from the Florida State University College of Law. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association and numerous civic organizations. He serves as Chair of the Florida Bar Certification Committee on Immigration Law.
