Edward J. Peterson specializes in bankruptcy and insolvency matters, out-of-court workout arrangements, and related civil litigation. Edward has represented parties in many large bankruptcy cases and workouts, including significant representations in the Anchor Glass Container Corporation bankruptcy case, which involved over $600 million in debt (creditors' committee); Towers of Channelside case, which involved a Chapter 11 debtor with over $60 million of debt (debtor-in-possession); and real estate workouts involving cumulative debt well in excess of $200 million. Edward received a J.D. degree, magna cum laude, in 1999 from The University of Alabama and is a shareholder at Stichter, Riedel, Blain & Prosser, P.A. (Tampa).
