Eliane I. Probasco was born in Montreal, Canada, and raised in Hollywood, Florida. Ms. Probasco is a graduate of the University of Florida (B.A. in journalism, 1999) and of Florida State University College of Law (J.D., 2002). While attending law school, Ms. Probasco served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Ralph C. Stoddard, Administrative Family Law Judge, 13^th Judicial Circuit, Hillsborough County, and also as a certified legal intern for the Children's Advocacy Center, where she represented indigent clients in a variety of domestic violence and family law matters.

Building on those experiences and on the skills she honed as an associate at a local Tampa family law firm following her admission to the bar in 2002, Ms. Probasco recently founded her own law firm, Probasco Law. This has allowed Ms. Probasco to fully realize her passion for helping people at all levels of litigation, and to be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of marital and family law matters, including dissolution of marriage, child custody, support, modification, paternity and domestic violence. Lastly, Ms. Probasco is an active member of the Florida Bar, the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers.
