Eric A. Peterson is managing shareholder of Peterson Bernard, founded in 1981. Much of his 35 years in practice has been devoted to insurance defense litigation. His primary practice includes contractor and road liability, architects and engineers (A&E) liability, and premises liability. In 1982 he earned and has since maintained the prestigious Martindale-Hubbell AV rating. He has been featured on television news shows including 20/20 and Inside Edition for his role in cases of national media attention. He frequently lectures on subjects dealing with risk management to the A&E community as well as to the trucking/contractor industry. He sits on the Board of Directors of Ronald McDonald House Charities and supports hospice and other non-profit organizations.
