Erin M. Diaz is a partner in the firm's Tampa office. She is a Captain in the United States Air Force inactive reserves and spent four years serving as a registered nurse before attending law school. Her extensive background in nursing has proven to be a valuable asset in her law practice, which focuses primarily on defending physicians, hospitals and other healthcare providers in medical malpractice and nursing home litigation. She also has a wide variety of experience handling cases involving products liability and general litigation matters.
