Gary Walker is a shareholder with Allen Dell, P.A. Gary represents primarily physicians and other health care providers in Stark issues, fraud and abuse prevention, Medicare reimbursement and audits, contract negotiations, and general corporate matters. He is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell and was listed in Florida Trend magazine's Legal Elite. Gary is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and served on the Executive Council of The Florida Bar Health Law Section. He served as President of Bay Area Legal Services and as Treasurer of the Hillsborough County Bar Association. Gary is a frequent lecturer on health care topics.
