• 1,450,000.00 bad faith settlement for the wrongful death of a pedestrian struck on the side of the road way. Liability was heavilty contested.
• 1,600,000.00 verdict for a rescuer, under the resue doctrine, struck by a vehicle traveling aolng the roadway.  The plaintiff suffered multiple fractures, which healed after surgery and he returned to full time pre-accident employment. Laibility was heavily contested.
• 375,000.00 verdict for the non-operative herniated disc in a 33 year old male.
• 776,000.00 verdcit for a 37 year old male who suffered a left wrist fracture requiring surgery.
• 900,000.00 settlement, during trial, involving the death of a passenger broadsided in a t-bone collision case complicatred by extensive liability issue.
