Mr. Goldsmith has been an active trial lawyer since 1983. Glen's trial practice includes numerous first chair jury trials in death and catastrophic injury matters in numerous venues throughout Florida and the Southeastern US. He serves as regional or state counsel for national or multi state motor vehicle retailers, wholesale and retail tire distributors and other large corporations. While he has significant trial experience, he and the firm develop strategies in the beginning of each case to potentially resolve disputes through mediation or negotiations.
