Greg Borgognoni has handled a broad range of complex litigation matters in the state and federal courts. He has been involved in the successful litigation and trial of various types of corporate disputes, including actions involving mergers and acquisitions, disputes regarding intellectual property, corporate governance disputes, challenges to the enforcement of state or federal regulations, shareholder's derivative actions, and class actions. He is also experienced in health care litigation, securities litigation, international litigation and other litigation arising out of complex commercial transactions, administrative and governmental law, and appellate practice. As a trial and appellate attorney, Mr. Borgognoni has briefed and argued cases in both the state and federal appellate courts, including the Supreme Court of Florida and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Borgognoni's clients have included several of the world's largest solid waste and environmental services companies; one of the nation's largest specialty retail chains; numerous money-center, regional and local banks; multinational technology companies; prominent real estate developers; health care providers; and hospitals.
