Harlan L. Paul is an AV-rated civil trial lawyer whose practice focuses on personal injury and commercial litigation matters. Mr. Paul is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education, is Board Certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification, and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He received his B.A. from Stetson University, in 1976, and his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law, in 1979. Harlan has been recognized in Martindale-Hubbell's Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. He currently serves on the Florida Federal Judicial Nominating Commission and the Board of Trustees of Stetson University.
