James L. Magazine is a partner at Lucas, Green & Magazine, where he concentrates on personal injury, wrongful death, insurance bad faith and civil litigation matters. The firm's main office is in New Port Richey, Florida. Other offices are located in Clearwater and Spring Hill.
Mr. Magazine received his undergraduate degree in political science from Baldwin Wallace College in 1986. In 1989, he received his juris doctor from Cleveland Marshall College of Law. He is licensed to practice before the United States Middle and Southern District Courts in Florida, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Magazine has earned a reputation as an aggressive and skilled litigator. Managing the firm's litigation department, he not only litigates for the firm's clients, but also for other attorneys throughout Florida. Further, he has been named a Board Certified Civil Trial attorney by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education and the National Board of Trial Advocacy
He holds membership in numerous professional organizations, including the Florida Bar Association, National Association of Trial Lawyers of America, American Academy of Trial Lawyers, Clearwater Bar Association, St. Petersburg Bar Association and West Pasco Bar Association. Further, Mr. Magazine is a member of the Million Dollar and Multimillion Dollar Advocates Forum, prestigious groups of trial lawyers who have won million- and multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements.
