James S. Campbell is a partner with Beggs & Lane, RLLP, Pensacola, Florida, with more than 20 years of sophisticated legal practice in all areas of banking law, condominium and resort development, and real estate transactional, corporate, and commercial finance.  He represents a number of regional and national financial institutions in connection with their residential, commercial and corporate real estate financing.   Mr. Campbell also represents buyers and sellers of real estate and numerous real estate developers.  Mr. Campbell is admitted to practice law in the States of Colorado and Florida.   In 1993, he became a Certified Real Estate Lawyer with the Florida Bar, Board of Legal Specialization and Education.   He is also a member of the American Bar Association and Colorado Bar Association.    Mr. Campbell received his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Duke University and his J.D. degree from the University of Colorado, School of Law.    Prior to law school, Mr. Campbell received a Masters degree in arts and religion at Yale University.   At law school, Mr. Campbell was a member of the law review and graduated Order of the Coif.   Following law school, Mr. Campbell was a law clerk to Chief Justice William Erickson at the Colorado Supreme Court.   Mr. Campbell joined the law firm of Beggs & Lane in 1986 after practicing law with Rothgerber, Johnson & Lyons, LLP, in Denver, Colorado.
