Jane Kreusler-Walsh is a member of Kreusler-Walsh, Compiani & Vargas, P.A., a Florida appellate law firm with extensive experience in appeals and litigation support at both the state and federal levels. Ms. Kreusler-Walsh focuses on civil appeals and litigation support involving complex commercial, medical malpractice, personal injury, product liability, class action, insurance, securities, marital and family law, and probate and trust law issues.

She is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 4th and 11th Circuits, and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida; she has been a part of more than 460 reported decisions to date.

Ms. Kreusler-Walsh has a long record of service to the bar and remains an active member of several professional organizations.
