Jason A. Glusman joined Wicker Smith in 2003 and is a partner in the Fort Lauderdale office. He was named a Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers magazine in 2009. While at Wicker Smith, Mr. Glusman has represented clients in multiple state and federal litigation involving pharmacy negligence, aviation, employment, catastrophic personal injury, premises liability and wrongful death lawsuits. Since 2008, Mr. Glusman has been acting as Statewide Pharmacy Defense Counsel for Publix Super Markets, Inc. In addition, Mr. Glusman’s representative clients include American Airlines, Gulfstream Park Racing and Casino, Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc., Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc., and an international quick-service restaurant chain. His most recent accomplishment includes a successful verdict in a three-week trial involving a multi-million dollar jewelry store heist in Miami-Dade County.
