Jason Mazer, born in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, received his B.A. from Tufts University in 1994 and his J.D., Order of the Coif, from Washington University School of Law in 1998. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida; and U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Mazer concentrates his trial and appellate practice on the areas of insurance litigation, insurer bad faith, unfair insurance claim practices, and employment law. He has written extensively and frequently lectures on a variety of insurance coverage and bad faith issues. Mr. Mazer exclusively represents individual, municipal, and corporate policyholders, including bankruptcy trustees, in insurance coverage and bad faith disputes.
