Mr. Paskert received his Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degrees, both with high honors, from the University of Florida. He was selected for Law Review and Order of the Coif. He co-founded his firm and is its Vice-President and Secretary. Mr. Paskert is AV-rated, and focuses his practice on complex commercial, construction, fidelity, and surety disputes. He has handled jury and nonjury trials, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings. He chaired the ABA's Young Lawyers Division and served in the ABA's House of Delegates, Section Officers' Conference, and Litigation Section's Executive Council. He co-founded the Gulfcoast Fidelity and Surety Institute, and is active in many other industry groups. Mr. Paskert devotes many hours to Boy Scouting, his church, and his children's schools.
