Jennifer C. Frank is a seasoned family law attorneywith offices in Altamonte Springs, Florida, near Orlando. She is the founder and president of the Frank Family Law Practice (formally Jennifer C. Frank, P.A.). Jennifer and her associate, Teris J. Deitsch, Esq., represent clients throughout Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake and Volusia Counties in the areas of divorce, child custody and contact (visitation), alimony, paternity, marital property division (including business valuation and distribution), modification actions, domestic violence injunctions and pre- and postnuptial agreements. Jennifer has over 17 years of family law experience and is also specially trained and experienced in handling cases within the formal Collaborative Law model. While a seasoned litigator, Jennifer works hard to resolve cases in a civilized and dignified manner while always working to keep the wellbeing of the children and the family as a whole at the forefront.
Jennifer is an active member within her legal community and has held several leadership roles. Currently she sits on the Executive Board for The First Central Florida Family Law Inn of Court where she has been a member since its inception. She served as the chair of the Florida Bar Association Grievance Committee in 2007. She also worked on the executive committee of the Orange County Bar Association, Family Law Section from 1999 to 2005, serving as the chair and co-chair from 2003 to 2005. In addition to these activities, she is currently an active member of the Collaborative Family Law Group of Central Florida.
