Jennifer Davis is the managing partner of Davis & McAlhaney, P.A., in Orlando, Florida. Born and raised in Orlando, she devotes her well-honed litigation skills to achieving positive outcomes for clients facing all kinds of issues. Her successful cases have ranged from divorce and child custody disputes to workers’ compensation claims and tenant evictions.

Handling both misdemeanor and felony cases as a prosecutor for the 9th Judicial Circuit for Orange and Osceola Counties allowed Ms. Davis to develop significant jury trial and courtroom skills. Those skills continue to aid her today as she provides competent counsel and strong representation for families, employees, landlords and other individuals in their diverse and complex legal needs.

Ms. Davis earned her law degree from the Barry University School of Law in 2002 and was admitted to the Florida Bar Association in 2004. In addition, she has been a member of the American Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association and the Central Florida Association of Women Lawyers.
