John F. Lauro is a former federal prosecutor in New York City with a national white collar criminal defense and commercial litigation practice. Mr. Lauro has offices in Florida and New York City and handles a broad array of complex commercial and criminal matters involving securities fraud, health care fraud, tax fraud, money laundering, and antitrust. Mr. Lauro also counsels clients in an effort to avoid indictment in connection with government investigations. Mr. Lauro has an active trial practice in venues around the country and was counsel for the lead defendant in one of the first dot-com securities fraud cases brought by the Department of Justice in New York City.
