Prior to forming John Y. Benford, P.A., located in Orlando, Florida, Mr. Benford worked for several prominent Florida law firms. Mr. Benford has represented parties in real estate and construction-related disputes, employers and employees in various disputes, including whistleblower actions, discrimination, and wage and compensation-related disputes, as well as plaintiffs and defendants in unfair competition-related claims.
