Joseph J. Kalbac, Jr., has been a trial lawyer for more than twenty-three years.  During this time, he has focused his practice on serious personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, products liability, construction and other professional liability claims, and has litigated more than 100 jury trials and defended major insurance companies, multinational corporations, the State of Florida and various government entities.  For the first thirteen years of his practice, he represented defendants, and for the last ten years, he has exclusively represented plaintiffs, in cases involving catastrophic personal injury or wrongful death, in multiple cases resulting in multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements.
