Larry V. Bishins is board certified by the Florida Bar as a tax lawyer. Based in Fort Lauderdale, he focuses his practice on handling IRS tax issues, estate planning matters, probate litigation and business litigation.
In 1967, Mr. Bishins received a Bachelor of Science in public accounting from Syracuse University in New York. Three years later he graduated with his Juris Doctor from the Suffolk University School of Law in Boston in 1970. In 1971, he earned a Master of Law degree in taxation from Boston University.
Mr. Bishins has earned Martindale-Hubbell’s highest attorney rating: AV Preeminent*. He is also a member of the Florida Bar Association’s Tax Section, the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the International Bar Association’s Business Law Section and Tax Committee.
In addition to being a Beta Alpha Psi National Accounting Honorary, Mr. Bishins is a member of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Tax Council, the Estate Planning Council of Broward County, the South Florida Tax Litigation Association, the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers and the International Fiscal Association.
