Profile

Marcus' practice is focused in the areas of commercial litigation, construction litigation and military law.  He is a graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law where he was a Reynolda Law Faculty scholarship recipient, and upon graduation served in the U.S. Navy as a JAG Corps attorney.  Marcus has represented clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to Tampa area business owners in jury trials and alternative dispute resolution proceedings to include mediation and arbitration.  He is licensed in Alabama and Florida, and is active in the Hillsborough County Bar Association where he currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Bar's Leadership Institute and as Chairman of the Military Liaison Committee.
