A partner in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida, firm of Brinkley Morgan, attorney Mark A. Journey focuses on the areas of commercial litigation, and employment and labor litigation. He has been practicing law for more than 15 years.

Mr. Journey received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in 1981 and graduated with his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 1997. He is admitted to practice within the state of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. Mr. Journey is a member of the Florida and Broward County Bar Associations, Brazilian American Chamber of Commerce and Brazilian Business Group. He speaks both Portuguese and Spanish.
