Mark Hicks is the senior partner at Hicks & Kneale, P.A. Mr. Hicks graduated from Mercer University in 1969 and received his law degree from the University of Florida in 1972. Mr. Hicks has extensive experience as an appellate attorney and commercial litigator and has been involved in hundreds of appeals and complex business litigation matters in the Florida and federal courts, including many seminal cases. His firm currently has over 700 published appellate opinions. Mr. Hicks also devotes a significant portion of his practice to all aspects of insurance matters and bad faith. Mr. Hicks has been selected to appear in The Best Lawyers in America and the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers and serves on the Advisory Board of Leading American Attorneys.
