Mr. Horwitz’s legal practice emphasizes white collar defense cases, including cases involving charges of mail fraud, wire fraud, securities fraud and criminal tax evasion, as well as sex crimes defense cases, including cases of indecent exposure, molestation and rape. In the area of white collar criminal defense, he has defended the inventor of Nautilus sports equipment, a senior vice president of E.F. Hutton and numerous small- and mid-size business owners, as well as architects, physicians, accountants, real estate developers and others. Mr. Horwitz’s legal practice is based in Orlando, Florida.
