MARTIN S. Prior to entering private practice in 1986, he was Vice President and Associate Regional Counsel for a national title insurance underwriter. Mr. Awerbach is a member of The Florida Bar Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section, and is Vice Chair of The Florida Bar Real Property Litigation Committee. He is also a member of The Florida Bar Real Property Problem Study Committee, the Florida Land Title Association Claims Prevention, Avoidance and Education Committee, the American Bar Association Title Insurance Litigation Committee, and past chair of the Real Property Law Committee of the Clearwater Bar Association.
