Profile

Mr. Stack's practice emphasizes criminal defense, estate planning, probate and trust administration/litigation, guardianships, and elder law. Mr. Stack graduated from the University of Florida in 1976 and Stetson College of Law in 1979. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in May 1980, and became a Board Certified Criminal Trial Lawyer in August 1990. During his first ten years as a lawyer, he served as an Assistant State Attorney and then as counsel to the Volusia County Sheriff's Office. He is a member of several civic organizations, including President of the Halifax Humane Society. He is managing partner of the firm.
