Michael B. Germain is the founder and managing partner of Germain Law Group, P.A. The law firm is focused on resolving business and insurance disputes for clients throughout Tampa Bay, Plant City, Hillsborough County and surrounding areas of west central Florida.

Mr. Germain earned his undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree from Washington and Lee University and his Juris Doctor from Stetson University School of Law in 2003. Admitted to the Florida Bar shortly thereafter, Mr. Germain began his professional career as an associate attorney in the Tampa offices of Phelps Dunbar, one of the oldest and most respected law firms in the South, focusing on insurance litigation and business litigation.

With nearly a decade of experience in insurance law, Mr. Germain represents clients who are in desperate need of financial relief. People and businesses who experience medical emergencies, property damage, and liability lawsuits expect to recover some or all of their losses from an insurance claim.
