Profile
Michael Ufferman is Board Certified in Criminal Appellate Practice by The Florida Bar. He practices exclusively in the area of criminal appeals and post-conviction motions. He is currently serving on the board of directors of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Innocence Project of Florida. He is also currently vice-chair of The Florida Bar Appellate Court Rules Committee. Mr. Ufferman received his B.A. from Miami University (Ohio), and he received his J.D. from Florida State University (serving on the law review and graduating magna cum laude). After he graduated from law school, he clerked for five years for Justice Major B. Harding at the Florida Supreme Court.
