Attorney Morgan Wood Streetman is the founder and principal attorney of Streetman Law in Tampa, Florida. Licensed to practice law in Florida and his home state of Mississippi, Mr. Streetman is also licensed to practice before all federal courts in the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida, the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.
Mr. Streetman focuses his practice on business law, business disputes, contracts, construction law and construction licensing, all types of surety and fidelity bond claims, consumer rights, premises liability, and personal injury claims. He advises small and closely held business on all their legal needs ranging from contracts to employee relations. Mr. Streetman also handles every aspect of construction law, including licensing, construction liens, and defect claims. He represents individuals who have been injured by another’s negligence, which includes car and trucking accidents, dog bites, and premises liability.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Streetman has had several papers published addressing the subjects of insurance and performance bond issues, ethics in construction claims and litigation, and surety bad faith. Mr. Streetman is a law school graduate of Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.
