Profile

Bob Hingston deals with complex commercial matters primarily involving construction matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, litigation and arbitration. He has considerable experience in arbitration as an advocate and also as an arbitrator on the National Panel of Arbitrators (Construction) of the American Arbitration Association. He has represented virtually all types of clients involved in construction. He has experience in matters concerning both public and private projects, including public housing; private residential high-rise, mid-rise, and single-family homes (including condominiums); shopping centers; medical buildings; office buildings; courthouses; jails and prisons; educational facilities; airports; and other public and commercial projects.
