Robert A. Norgard is a partner at Norgard and Norgard, a criminal defense law firm serving clients in central Florida and throughout the entire state. Mr. Norgard has focused on criminal law cases since his admission to the bar in 1981 and has successfully represented clients charged with offenses ranging from DUI and drug possession with intent, to sexual assault and capital murder. Mr. Norgard also has extensive experience with criminal appeals and petitions for post-conviction relief.

Mr. Norgard has been certified as specialist in criminal trial law by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education since 1995. Board certification recognizes an attorney's special knowledge, skills and proficiency in various areas of law, and professionalism and ethics in practice. Only 7 percent of eligible Florida Bar members are board certified.
